AMS Staffing Inc. is a well-established civil litigation firm seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Attorney with first-party property insurance experience to support its North Carolina practice. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to manage sophisticated insurance disputes while maintaining flexibility and strong earning potential. Responsibilities • Handle first-party property insurance litigation matters in state and federal court • Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions • Prepare pleadings and written discovery • Take and defend depositions • Attend mediations and settlement conferences • Conduct trials as necessary • Participate in firm-sponsored marketing and business development initiatives Skills • Active member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing • Minimum of 2+ years of first-party property insurance litigation experience • Experience litigating first-party property and bad faith claims • Federal court litigation experience required • Demonstrated trial experience • Strong legal research and writing skills • Proficiency with Westlaw and Microsoft Office • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently Benefits • Unlimited paid time off • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance (after applicable waiting period) • Fully remote work environment (NC-based) • Supportive and collaborative firm culture Company Overview • History & Mission: Founded in 2002, AMS Staffing is a nationwide staffing agency committed to building lasting relationships and providing tailored talent solutions.
