[Remote] Law Firm Conflicts Analyst (REMOTE)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a team of Conflicts Analysts to assist the team at one of their prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm clients. The role involves identifying and researching potential lateral conflicts as the firm experiences rapid growth. Responsibilities • Review and analyze conflict of interest reports • Identify potential conflicts of interest • Prepare clear and concise regarding specific conflict searches that highlight the areas of potential conflict • Conduct research in both internal and external databases to determine whether actual or potential conflicts exist • Work with attorneys to document conflict clearances • Review submitted data for new client and client/matter acceptance • Research accuracy and quality of information as well as potential client relationships • Respond to inquiries from team members and stakeholders regarding conflict-of-interest checks, client/matter status and end-user system support Skills • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college • At least 2 years of relevant law firm experience in conflicts/new business intake • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong research skills • Prior experience in utilizing automated conflicts systems Company Overview • Innovative Driven is a provider of information lifecycle services such as information governance, eDiscovery, and managed review.
