Remote Labor & Employment Litigation Associate (3 Years) | Wage & Hour / PAGA Focus | $140K–$220K Bonus A respected California law firm is seeking a motivated Labor & Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing practice group. About the Role You’ll handle a wide range of employment litigation matters, including: • Single-plaintiff cases • Wage and hour and PAGA disputes • Class action defense (experience a plus, but not required) This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining access to the firm’s offices across California.
