[Remote] Junior Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)

Legacy North Immigration is a small, collaborative immigration consulting firm specializing in assisting individuals with the Canadian immigration process. They are seeking a Junior RCIC who will manage their own client files while also receiving mentorship and skill-building opportunities. Responsibilities Maintain full control and responsibility over your own client files Conduct consultations, prepare applications, and communicate with your clients directly Make strategic decisions on your files (with optional mentor input when needed) Build confidence in file ownership, time management, and professional judgment Drafting forms, supporting documents, and submission checklists under supervision Organizing evidence and creating clear, officer-friendly file structures Preparing timelines, summaries, and case notes Assisting with research on program requirements, policies, and procedural guidance Observing strategy discussions for complex or discretionary applications Participating in internal file reviews and debriefs Skills Licensed RCIC in good standing Junior or newly licensed consultants encouraged to apply Intermediate proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn Comfortable balancing independence with collaboration Benefits Regular mentorship and file review discussions Strategic walk-throughs of why certain approaches are taken Feedback focused on reasoning, risk analysis, and best practices A safe environment to ask questions and learn without pressure Company Overview Legacy North Immigration and Legal Services is a consultancy specializing in Canadian immigration pathways.
