Remote IT Supplier Governance Manager

In this role, you will oversee the global Managed Print Services (MPS) program, contributing significantly to the strategic planning and performance monitoring across diverse locations. Your expertise in managing IT hardware assets will be essential in ensuring optimal service delivery and compliance. Accountabilities • Oversee the global Managed Print Services (MPS) program. • Manage the procurement and tracking of IT hardware assets. • Negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery from vendors. • Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities. • Engage with stakeholders to meet print service expectations. • Establish and manage asset policies and compliance strategies. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or at least 7+ years of relevant experience. • 10 years of IT experience with a focus on Hardware Asset Management. • Proven leadership and strong communication skills. • Experience managing an operating budget of $2.9 million or more. • Familiarity with ServiceNow and print service management processes. • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
