[Remote] Investor Relations | Account Manager

The Account Manager and Investor Relations Associate roles are client-facing positions focused on delivering exceptional service to sophisticated investors, managing investor readiness, and guiding them through the deal journey. Responsibilities • Own Pre-LOI Investor Readiness: Collect and verify investor documentation (Personal Financial Statements, tax returns) to ensure investors are qualified and ready before LOI execution. Maintain final Investor Ready authority—Sales cannot override • Execute Post-Close Activation: Within 7 days of funding, complete Week-1 activation including cost segregation provider introductions, close file delivery, tenant introductions, and ACH setup coordination • Manage Ongoing Portfolio Stewardship: Maintain lender covenant calendars, coordinate annual PFS/tax refreshes, conduct quarterly portfolio reviews, and guide capital event planning (refinance, sale, 1031, add-on acquisitions) • Serve as the Investor Hub: Function as the investor's long-term home base between deals. Receive Asset Manager updates, ensure timely delivery, and communicate investor-friendly summaries • Drive Repeat Business: Track next-deal timing and buy-box evolution. Brief Sales Associates when investors are ready to pursue new opportunities • Maintain CRM Integrity: Keep HubSpot updated with accurate investor readiness status, document dates, communication preferences, and post-close tracking • Quarterback the Transaction Journey: Own investor communication from LOI/EMD execution through funding. Provide weekly status updates and milestone progression narration in clear, investor-friendly language • Manage Lender-Critical Items: Run the 3-business-day lender-critical items window with appropriate escalation. Chase post-LOI exception items per policy and coordinate term sheet review with investors • Coordinate Due Diligence Communications: Address investor questions about properties, third-party reports, appraisals, lease structures, and settlement statements. Route bids and approvals with clear turnaround expectations • Manage Closing Logistics: Coordinate investor-side closing requirements including mobile notary appointments, final wire timing/instructions, and investor travel/availability • Deliver Difficult Communications: Handle deal-cycle challenges professionally and transparently, escalating appropriately and including relevant stakeholders per policy • Maintain Deal Tracking: Update milestone progress in Monday.com and ensure seamless handoffs to Account Management post-close Skills • 3–5 years in investor relations, client services, or relationship management, with exposure to commercial real estate, wealth management, or financial services • HNW client experience strongly preferred • CRM proficiency—experience with HubSpot or similar platforms • Commercial real estate knowledge—familiarity with NNN investments, lease structures, and transaction processes • Understanding of 1031 exchanges is a plus • Exceptional communication skills—polished, professional, and comfortable engaging with sophisticated investors across phone, email, and video • Detail-oriented and organized—able to manage multiple investor relationships simultaneously while maintaining personalized, high-touch service • Tech-savvy—comfortable with Monday.com, Slack, DocuSign, and remote collaboration tools • White-Glove Service Background: You've built your career in environments where exceptional client experience is non-negotiable—luxury hospitality, private banking, wealth management, family offices, concierge services, luxury real estate, private aviation, or high-end sales • You understand that HNW clients expect anticipation, not reaction Benefits • Competitive Compensation: Base + variable compensation commensurate with experience and performance.
