Alliance Technical Group is the premier leader in the environmental services space, specializing in source testing and regulatory compliance. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to drive new business and support existing client relationships through lead qualification and outreach efforts. Responsibilities Client and Prospect Outreach: Cold call & email prospects and existing clients to share information about Alliance’s different service offerings. Cross-sell and up-sell services where possible Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify leads for prospective clients (new business) by validating data from both internal and external sources Build Renewal Revenue Pipeline: Assist in building the pipeline for renewal revenue by proactively contacting existing clients to discuss future testing needs Prioritize Outreach Efforts: Coordinate with Business Development and Field Operations Teams to identify gaps in the sales pipeline and call clients/leads within those highlighted geographies Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with marketing, sales operations, and business development teams to execute on specific outreach campaigns that drive service line revenue Enhance Client Data: Research external databases, websites, and other sources to enhance client data.
