The Impact Partner will act as a strategic advisor, guiding nonprofit executives in aligning their mission goals with technology strategy while fostering long-term relationships and driving measurable outcomes. Responsibilities • Act as a trusted advisor to nonprofit leaders and boards, providing guidance on aligning systems with mission strategy • Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships that extend beyond individual projects • Drive intentional, measurable progress by turning mission goals into clear IS objectives and success metrics • Help clients navigate disruption with clarity and resilience, ensuring systems support agility and scalability • Capture and share insights through thought leadership, contributing to white papers, blogs, and sector conversations that position ExP as an industry leader • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and a cohesive client experience • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and manage against revenue generation targets Skills • Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or related) preferred • Equivalent nonprofit leadership or consulting experience will also be considered • Background as an Executive Director, Program Director, CIO/CTO, consultant, or business development leader in the nonprofit sector is strongly valued • Proven ability to influence senior nonprofit executives and boards with clarity and credibility • Experience in business development and managing against revenue targets, with success in expanding client partnerships • Familiarity with nonprofit information systems (CRM, case management, data strategy) • Skilled in outcome measurement, impact storytelling, and sector thought leadership • Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and advisory presence • Experience with agile/iterative approaches and adaptive planning • Skilled at outcome measurement and impact storytelling • Commitment to knowledge stewardship and sector learning • Demonstrated skills in applying AI to own work for efficiency, learning, and velocity Company Overview • NTEN is a non-profit organizations that share technology strategically and equitably solutions across the sector & support each other work.
