Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Power to Decide is a national nonprofit organization focused on advancing sexual and reproductive well-being for all. The Digital Fellow will support the maintenance and expansion of service finders on Bedsider and AbortionFinder.org, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with partners. Responsibilities Verify the accuracy of clinic and clinic network information in the database Research, contact, and add new clinics through online research and virtual outreach (primarily phone calls and emails) Enter data clearly and correctly, following detailed internal protocols and formatting standards Maintain database quality by ensuring all clinics meet inclusion standards Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep data accurate and up to date, especially in response to changes in laws or policies Support day-to-day team operations and broader project needs as they arise Use platforms such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Monday.com to track and manage data Perform other duties as assigned Skills A Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Google Workspace (including Sheets and Docs) for tracking, organizing, and communicating information efficiently Ability to follow through, meet deadlines, be highly responsive, and organized A self-starter who can solve problems creatively, work well in a team setting as well as independently, and pay meticulous attention to details Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Applicants must be based in the United States Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance 403b Flexible spending accounts Flexible work schedules Generous leave including PTO DC Sick Leave benefits Summer hours A floating holiday Paid holidays Company Overview Power to Decide is the campaign to prevent unplanned pregnancy.
