[Remote] Experienced ADR & TPE Auditor (Home Health & Hospice) RN Required

Hart Healthcare Solutions is an RN-owned and operated home health and hospice consulting firm focused on providing a personal partnership approach. They are seeking an experienced RN auditor to review ADR/TPE requests, evaluate charts, and communicate findings to agency leadership while maintaining compliance standards. Responsibilities • Review ADR/TPE requests, evaluate charts, and identify documentation gaps and risks • Prepare clean, organized packets that address denial reasons and support eligibility • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to agency leadership • Maintain Medicare-aligned standards while respecting each agency’s workflow • Partner directly with clients to support quality, compliance, and operational integrity Skills • RN with at least 5 years of hospice and/or home health experience • Experience managing and responding to ADRs, TPEs, and denials • Strong chart review and documentation quality skills • Ability to evaluate eligibility, coverage, F2F, terminality support, and documentation gaps • Working knowledge of Medicare/MAC requirements and audit expectations • HIPAA-sensitive work with strict privacy and confidentiality expectations • Password-protected computer and secure home internet required • Contractor provides and maintains their own equipment, software, and workspace • Flexibility for deadlines and possible evening and weekend work (make your own schedule) • Familiarity with Connex, iQIES, Palmetto/NGS • EMR experience with Firenote, HCHB, WellSky, Axxess, Careficient/Optima • Experience assembling appeals or addressing denial reason codes Company Overview • Hospice and post-acute clinical quality, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency consultants.
