Remote Executive Administrative Assistant
Remote Executive Administrative Assistant (US Based Only) Are you a master of organization with a knack for anticipating needs before they arise? We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our leadership team. This is a 100% remote position. We are currently only considering candidates who are legally authorized to work and currently residing in the United States. The Role at a Glance • Location: Remote (US Only) • Employment Type: Full-Time, Part Time • Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible hours available) • Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 per year Responsibilities: • Coordinate complex schedules, book meetings across multiple time zones, and ensure the leadership team stays on track. • Manage high-volume email inboxes, draft professional correspondence, and prioritize urgent inquiries. • Assist with basic project management, tracking deadlines, and following up on action items with various departments. • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) that are polished and board-ready. • Process monthly expense reports and assist with basic digital filing and record-keeping. Requirements: • 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a corporate or startup environment. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs) or Microsoft 365. Experience with Slack, Trello, or Asana is a huge plus. • You have an eagle eye for detail—nothing gets past you, from a typo in an email to a double-booked meeting. • You will be handling sensitive company information and must maintain the highest level of confidentiality. • You don't wait for a "to-do" list; you see a gap and fill it.
