Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Criteria Corp is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to support their President & Chief Revenue Officer. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless scheduling, coordination, and communication across customer and internal team interactions. Responsibilities • Manage a dynamic and complex calendar, ensuring alignment of priorities across internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate and schedule customer meetings, internal team meetings, and cross-functional touchpoints. • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and anticipate needs. • Capture key action items and ensure timely follow-up and accountability. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline coordination of projects, events, and deliverables. • Maintain organization of documents, contracts, and records. • Assist with special projects, research, and presentations as required. • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all matters. Skills • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs. • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn about the SaaS industry and our business model. • Experience in the SaaS industry. • Familiarity with project management tools.
