[Remote] Epic BI Developer - Supply Chain

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Epic BI Developer to support their Supply Chain team by transforming complex clinical and operational data into meaningful insights. The role involves developing BI solutions, building dashboards, and presenting actionable analytics to stakeholders. Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and maintain Epic-based BI solutions for the Supply Chain team • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations (including bubble charts and other advanced visual formats) • Analyze and compare Epic clinical/operational data with Supply Chain data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities • Integrate and reconcile data from Epic and Infor to support spend analysis and operational reporting • Create dashboards that clearly communicate physician spend, utilization, and supply chain performance to leadership • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executive and operational leaders in a clear, confident manner • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting assets Skills • Proven experience working with Epic data, or similar Epic reporting role • Strong understanding of Epic data structures, reporting tools, and data models • Experience working with Supply Chain data, ideally including Infor or similar ERP systems • Demonstrated ability to build interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Epic‑native tools • Ability to create bubble charts, spend dashboards, and comparative analytics • Comfortable working directly with clients, stakeholders, and leadership teams • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail • Experience in healthcare supply chain analytics • Familiarity with data blending, ETL processes, and cross‑system data integration • Prior consulting or contract experience in a client‑facing role Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid sick leave • Other paid time off benefits Company Overview • Insight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
