Annual Salary: $55,416 Key Responsibilities and Impact Areas Core Duties • Conduct remote evaluations, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and due diligence reviews. • Prepare and review environmental documentation, including restoration plans and sustainability analyses. • Analyze and interpret data regarding land use, water systems, air quality, and biodiversity. • Prepare clear, actionable reports for clients and stakeholders • Advise on environmental risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures • Guide clients through regulatory pathways in compliance with local, state, and federal law Strategic Contributions • Help shape environmental planning efforts by proposing innovative, data-driven solutions. • Assist clients in meeting green building standards and sustainability goals. • Develop long-term ecological strategies tailored to each client’s operations and challenges. • Promote conservation through practical advice and creative problem-solving Remote Work Environment Daily Operations • Fully remote role offering flexible hours and location independence • Coordinate projects via virtual meetings and digital collaboration tools • Maintain accurate records of project updates and task progress using cloud-based systems • Deliver high-quality consulting services with minimal supervision Collaboration Model • Collaborate with professionals across various disciplines, including engineers, scientists, and policy experts. • Communicate project status clearly to clients through email, video calls, and written summaries. • Participate in virtual roundtables, team planning sessions, and client briefings as needed. Tools and Technologies Used • ArcGIS, QGIS, and other GIS applications for spatial and geographic analysis • Remote environmental monitoring tools to track data such as emissions or water quality • Word processing and presentation tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint • Real-time communication platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams • Cloud-based project management tools, including Trello and Asana Qualifications and Skills Required Education • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related discipline • Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in areas like environmental auditing or climate policy are preferred.
