[Remote] Ecommerce Manager

Confidential is a leading lifestyle brand seeking a strategic, data-informed E-Commerce Manager to lead digital merchandising and conversion optimization for their fast-growing direct-to-consumer channel. This role involves defining the online customer experience and collaborating with various teams to develop high-impact merchandising strategies that drive growth and improve conversion rates. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end digital merchandising strategy across homepage, collection, and product pages, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seasonal campaigns • Manage site taxonomy, navigation, filters, and product categorization to enhance findability and streamline the path to purchase • Oversee product lifecycle online, including SKU setup, enrichment, cross-sells/upsells, and asset management • Coordinate flawless merchandising for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events • Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies informed by tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Shopify analytics • Partner with UX and Marketing to identify friction points and design A/B and multivariate tests focused on improving conversion, engagement, and AOV • Drive personalization and recommendation initiatives using tools such as Nosto, Dynamic Yield, or Bloomreach • Analyze and report on performance metrics, transforming insights into clear, actionable improvements • Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure visual and written assets align with brand standards and support the customer journey • Conduct regular QA and UAT to maintain site accuracy, product data integrity, SEO tags, and functionality across mobile and desktop • Champion continuous improvement, establishing scalable best practices for merchandising and CRO as the brand grows Skills • 4–6 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising and/or CRO, ideally within a DTC or digitally native brand • Strong command of Shopify Plus (or comparable CMS/PIM) and experience with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, VWO, or Optimizely • Deep understanding of shopping behavior, funnel optimization, UX principles, and data interpretation • Experience with personalization engines and automation tools such as Nosto or Dynamic Yield • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and confidence managing complex, cross-functional initiatives • A passion for designing elegant, data-driven digital experiences that convert Company Overview • Centralizing All Types Of Next Opportunities For You In One Place.
