Remote Dispatcher / Call Coordinator
Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Remote Dispatcher to work from home. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, coordinate service requests, and dispatch jobs to technicians in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities • Answer incoming customer calls quickly and professionally • Gather customer information and create service tickets • Dispatch jobs to technicians based on location, availability, and priority • Communicate with technicians throughout the day to provide updates • Track job progress and ensure timely completion • Update customers regarding arrival times, delays, or follow-up needs • Maintain accurate notes, logs, and daily reports • Provide excellent customer service on every call • Perform basic administrative tasks as needed Requirements • Must have a quiet home workspace • Reliable high-speed internet • Strong communication and customer-service skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized • Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or call center work is a plus • Must be dependable and able to work independently Work Environment • 100% remote (work from home) • Phone system and software will be provided • Flexible hours may be available depend Work Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $7.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
