Invested Inc. is building the next major finance media brand, offering podcasts, video shows, newsletters, and a SaaS platform for modern retail investors. They are looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships – Podcasts & Video to scale sponsorship and custom brand partnerships, focusing on generating meaningful revenue through direct relationships with brands and media agencies. Responsibilities • Sell podcast and video sponsorships, integrations, and custom brand programs • Build direct relationships with brands and media agencies • Package shows and video content into scalable, high-CPM offerings • Collaborate with producers and hosts to ensure integrations perform • Own pipeline, deal flow, and renewals end to end • Help shape pricing, inventory strategy, and brand positioning • Be accountable for revenue, not activity Skills • Sold podcasts and/or video brand partnerships • Closed custom integrations, host reads, and bespoke content • Worked directly with brands and agencies • An active book of relationships they know how to monetize, preferably with some coverage of finance-related brands • Currently (or recently) selling podcast and/or video brand partnerships • Proven experience closing custom content and sponsorship deals • Comfortable working with agencies and brand decision-makers • Organized, proactive, and allergic to excuses • Motivated by ownership, upside, and winning • Finance brand experience is a major plus, but not required Benefits • Competitive base salary • Commission and incentives tied directly to revenue • Equity! • High autonomy, zero micromanagement • A fast-moving environment where wins are visible Company Overview • Invested Inc.
