[Remote] DFR Integration Coordinator

This role focuses on execution, coordination, and follow-through for streamlined integrations, ensuring effective communication and progress with agency IT teams and vendors. Responsibilities Own day-to-day execution of assigned DFR integration cases once they are ready for implementation Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce case records, including tasks, notes, and customer communications Manage and work through the DFR integration backlog in Notion to ensure steady progress and on-time completion Coordinate required setup steps with agency IT teams and/or CAD vendors Validate that Calls for Service data is successfully flowing into DFR Command or Skydio Cloud Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies during execution and follow-up, providing timely updates, clear next steps, and consistent communication Identify and escalate blockers, data issues (e.g., missing fields, delayed updates, connection issues), and non-standard requirements to the DFR Integration Lead Skills Experience managing operational or technical projects with multiple stakeholders Comfortable working in Salesforce to track cases, tasks, and customer communication Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Comfort with basic technical concepts, including: High-level understanding of APIs and webhooks, HTTP-based integrations and JSON data formats, Coordinating network or security requirements (e.g., IP allowlists, endpoint URLs) with IT teams Familiarity with public safety environments, CAD systems, or data integrations Benefits Group health insurance plans Paid vacation time Sick leave Statutory holiday pay 401K savings plan Company Overview Skydio uses artificial intelligence to create flying drones that are used by consumer, enterprise, and government customers.
