Key Responsibilities Identify and collect information from various data systems to support ERM and danger evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation recall regions. Design and develop dashboards to help stakeholders scope danger and measure the maturity of associated controls. Build custom reports as needed to support business requirements. Apply analytics techniques and tools to increase defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing danger. Draw insights and correlations from data and communicate effects to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders. Provide input on new and emerging danger regions using data-driven analysis. Solicit feedback and help continuously improve ERM and danger evaluation processes. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Deep SQL knowledge and talent in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku. Experience operating on legal, compliance, ERM, or danger evaluation matters. Adeptness at generating impactful visualizations and using data to "inform a story." Ability to code using R or Python. Robust verbal and written communications skills. A growth mindset and experience learning new things. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
