As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer information within timed deadlines, maintaining a minimum keystroke rate of 6000 KPH. Facilitate the auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents to ensure data integrity. Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless data flow. Escalate any serious operational issues to the Data Entry Team Leader in a timely manner. Perform duties deemed necessary by blithequark management to support the team's objectives. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley, Health and Safety, and ISO standards, as well as blithequark policies and procedures. Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes, inputting data onto SKP or DCS systems accurately and efficiently. Verify customer records using the system and resolve any discrepancies. Set up DCS screens and transmit data to customers as required. Research and resolve system data issues to ensure data quality and integrity. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you'll need: A computer with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace free from distractions. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work confidently in a multicultural environment. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to input large volumes of data accurately and efficiently. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. IT literacy, with knowledge of using Windows-based packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role (not essential but beneficial). Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, having a background in healthcare, warehousing, delivery driving, customer service, or administrative assistance can be an advantage.
