As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality support to our clients, resolving their queries, and providing timely assistance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional client service, responding to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment. Research and resolve customer issues related to employee benefits, payroll, and other relevant topics. Process documents, update records, and perform other administrative tasks as required. Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with timely and effective support. About You: Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Strong typing and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll concepts. Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
