Key Responsibilities Support customers over the phone, identify their problems, and help resolve them Assist with inquiries related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers Register customer inquiries to keep our systems updated Work towards set goals that will help you develop professionally Your Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: To speak and understand Danish To be residing in Denmark (note - you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad) A high level of English proficiency An interest in technology and not be afraid to take on technical challenges To know what good customer service is and be motivated to deliver it A dedicated workspace where you can sit undisturbed during work hours and have a stable broadband connection If you feel you don't meet all the requirements, we still encourage you to apply.
