Return all internal and external calls, emails, and faxes within the designated timeframe, ensuring that customer concerns are understood and resolution is clearly explained. Assist management with developing action plans to resolve issues and build effective customer relationships. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and customer feedback. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience and are satisfied with the resolution of their issues. Essential Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. High volume call center experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve issues effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve customer complaints. Proficient in using customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and call center tools. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Experience with outbound sales or telemarketing, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Familiarity with customer service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), with the ability to analyze and improve customer service performance. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
