As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our Review Team, interacting with beneficiaries and providers, and helping to improve the lives of individuals across the country. Perks of This Role Fully remote position with rotational shifts available for EST, CT, or PST time zones Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more, effective the first month following your hire date Paid time off for a great work-life balance 401(k) with match and no vesting period Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a national company with roles across the US Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support to the Review Team, including interacting with beneficiaries and providers via the helpline Create, format, and proofread letters, ensuring timeliness and accuracy Communicate effectively with external customers to furnish and request review information Foster positive working relationships between Arsenault's internal and external customers Participate in identifying areas for potential improvement, as noted on case reviews and processes Answer the Beneficiary Helpline, determining how to best assist callers and referring them to external agencies as needed Ensure timely and accurate processing of correspondence, including mailing and validation of notices and medical records Provide intake for all appeals received by Arsenault, utilizing internal quality control tools to assess individual work and team processes Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of clerical experience, including word processing, filing systems, and telephone customer service responsibilities Excellent verbal communication skills, with a courteous and patient demeanor Strong written communication skills, with good grammar, punctuation, and spelling Customer-focused, results-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and work independently Preferred Qualifications Post-high school business courses Medical terminology knowledge or experience Prior work in a healthcare setting or medical terminology Previous data entry or other clerical experience General knowledge of PC-based computer systems and software packages What We Offer At Arsenault, we're committed to providing a comprehensive rewards package that supports our employees' careers and personal lives.
