[Remote] Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist

They are seeking a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot inquiries, and manage data entry and filing systems. Responsibilities Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to customer inquiries Enter and verify data into various database applications Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems of applications and supporting documents Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to service customers Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone interactions Skills Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Availability for an 8-hour shift within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm At least 6 months of related work experience in a call center environment Proficiency in 10-key data entry and experience with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in a data entry processing and customer-centric call center environment Background in energy efficiency or utility fields Bilingual in English and Spanish Benefits Opportunity for discretionary annual bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including 3 weeks of paid vacation Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
