Essential Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Primarily performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and efficiency. Following up on missing information to ensure the timely processing of claims, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills. Reviewing invoices for accuracy to maintain the integrity of our financial records. Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support team decisions and operations. These responsibilities require a strong attention to detail, basic computer and typing skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining open communication with the team. Qualifications and Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess: A high school diploma as a minimum educational requirement. 6 months to 1 year of work experience, preferably in a customer service, data entry, or administrative role. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn our claims management systems. Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet productivity standards. A strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
