Job Summary Ivy Lodge Assisted Living is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Representative / Live Chat Agent to support families, prospective residents, and general inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels. This role focuses on delivering timely, respectful, and compassionate communication while ensuring a positive first impression of our community.
