Job Summary As a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing valuable advice and services to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to schedule virtual meetings, present benefit programs, and cultivate long-term relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Contact leads provided by our team to schedule virtual meetings with clients and present benefit programs to enroll new clients. Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide valuable advice and services to ensure their satisfaction. Goal Achievement: Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination. Communication: Develop strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions. Continuous Learning: Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in the insurance and financial services industry.
