As a Consultant/Senior Consultant on the Data & AI Advisory team, you will lead client engagements, develop data strategies, and implement AI governance frameworks to drive transformation and measurable impact for clients. Responsibilities • Lead and deliver data strategy and operating model projects, managing cross-functional teams with transparency and accountability • Develop comprehensive data strategies grounded in business value, including vision, Objectives, and Key Results (OKRs) • Conduct data maturity assessments and capability evaluations to inform measurable progress • Design Target Operating Models (TOMs) encompassing processes, roles, and governance structures • Formulate data policies, standards, and guidelines that reinforce responsible data use • Develop strategic roadmaps and business cases aligned to client needs and real impact • Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and align data capabilities (e.g., Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management) • Evaluate and enhance existing data processes, tools, and governance frameworks to drive continuous excellence • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks that prioritize responsible innovation • Conduct AI risk assessments and ethical impact analysis • Design and oversee AI model validation and testing processes • Establish AI-specific policies, standards, and guidelines tailored to business and compliance goals • Implement AI monitoring and auditing systems for continuous compliance • Advise on regulatory compliance related to AI technologies (e.g., EU AI Act) • Manage and enhance Paradigm's Data & AI Strategy & Advisory offerings by refining methodologies and frameworks to reflect evolving client priorities • Cultivate trusted partnerships with clients and vendors that support collaborative growth • Identify and pursue business development opportunities aligned with long-term client value • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by defining internal/external-facing content on data strategy, management, and AI governance • Develop methodologies, accelerators, and tools that scale delivery excellence and consistency in data strategy and AI governance • Design and deliver training programs on data methodologies that embed ethics (AI) and shared learning Skills • 5+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, data governance, or related fields • Profound understanding of data strategy, data management, and data analytics principles, as well as AI governance best practices • Expertise in one or more common data management methodologies (e.g., DAMA DMBOK, DCAM) and familiarity with ethical AI model lifecycle management frameworks • Proven track record in conducting maturity and risk assessments for both data capabilities and AI readiness • Extensive experience in process documentation, target-state design, target operating model design, policy formulation, and roadmap development for both data management and AI governance • Experience in leading delivery teams with a focus on fostering positive team environments under pressure or ambiguity • Strong project scoping, management skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management expertise, business acumen, emotional intelligence, and communication skills (written/verbal) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • 5+ years of consulting experience at a top-tier consultancy or equivalent internal role • Background in Financial Services, Consumer Products or Retail, with knowledge of industry challenges • Hands-on experience with data management tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra), AI/ML/analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks), and hyperscalers (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) • Familiarity with AI governance tools/platforms (e.g., Holistic AI) • Certification(s) in data management methodologies or capability models; certifications in AI ethics/governance are a plus Company Overview • Paradigm Technology is a strategic consultancy company that specializes in information technology and services.
