What You’ll Be Responsible For Strategic Technology Leadership • Set and articulate the long-term technical vision and strategy. • Align engineering goals with broader business objectives. • Define key technology metrics and track progress toward innovation milestones. Product and Platform Development • Lead architecture decisions and ensure robust, scalable software systems. • Work alongside product strategists to align development priorities and release roadmaps. • Drive innovation in remote-first technologies and cloud-native infrastructure. People Leadership • Inspire and mentor cross-functional tech teams in a fully remote setting. • Implement clear communication practices and performance systems. • Recruit and retain top engineering talent globally. Security and Quality • Ensure rigorous application of cybersecurity best practices. • Oversee code quality and continuous improvement processes. • Establish automated systems for testing, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and risk mitigation.
