[Remote] Business Operations Representative I (West Coast)

The Business Operations Representative I will ensure data integrity for new restaurant clients by verifying contracts and managing the transition to the Onboarding team. Responsibilities Perform meticulous audits of new deals, verifying critical business information, ownership structures, and banking details to ensure 100% accuracy Review signed agreements and follow up on missing documentation or required forms to maintain strict deal compliance Utilize Salesforce and internal platforms to transition deals from the Sales cycle into the Onboarding pipeline, ensuring a clean and seamless customer journey Own the high-volume 'sprint' at the end of each sales cycle.
