[Remote] Branch & Field Support Specialist, MultiPro Property Solutions
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Valet Living is seeking a Brand & Field Support Specialist to connect Corporate Marketing with Sales, Operations, and Branch teams. The role involves ensuring brand standards are upheld, supporting field teams, and executing marketing initiatives across all markets. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for branches to ensure all local materials, signage, and communications align with brand standards (logos, colors, messaging) Protect and uphold brand integrity across all branch-level marketing efforts Partner with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Marketing to identify opportunities to standardize and optimize marketing materials while respecting local market needs Manage requests, distribution, and inventory of promotional swag and marketing collateral Support the Marketing Storefront as a self-service resource for branches, including ordering guidance and inventory processes Act as a triage point for urgent sales-related marketing requests such as customized decks, flyers, or logo updates Support execution of campaigns, social media initiatives, and marketing activities specific to MultiPro Property Solutions Coordinate branch-level website updates (addresses, phone numbers, location details) with the MPS COE and Digital Marketing team Monitor local branch social media activity in partnership with the Social Media Coordinator to ensure brand and policy compliance Assist branches with adopting and using approved digital marketing tools and platforms Partner with the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to support new market launches and campaigns Coordinate new market launch events as needed Onboard new Branch Managers and associates with marketing materials, swag orders, storefront access, and request processes Collaborate with Creative to update collateral and digital assets for new markets Assist with local market events, trade shows, and industry conferences Maintain apartment association memberships, profiles, advertising materials, and related assets Skills 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a focus on external audiences Able to manage multiple priorities, set clear timelines, and stay on top of details in a fast-paced environment Confident collaborating cross-functionally and advocating for brand standards Comfortable serving as a brand guardian who is proactive, firm, and solutions-oriented Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly Experience supporting marketing initiatives across multiple locations Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Benefits Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you & your family, plus HSA with employer contributions and Flexible Spending Accounts Financial Security: 401k with company match, life and disability insurance, AD&D, and business travel coverage Paid Time Off: Up to 15 PTO days annually + 10 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday, and 1 volunteer day Professional Development: Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year and access to our online education center Additional Perks: Referral bonuses, pet insurance, associate assistance programs, discount programs, rewards, recognition, and free access to Torch Fitness virtual programs Company Overview Valet Living is a pioneer of the doorstep collection amenity and innovator in turn services, maintenance support and pet solutions.
