Power accolade of being #1 in overall Customer Satisfaction six years in a row. **Job Summary** As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will serve as an information resource for customers, providing solutions to billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions. You will promote products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring they get the most value and enjoyment from their blithequark experience. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to customers in Spanish and English, resolving issues and promoting products and services to meet their needs * Work a pre-planned schedule, with two shift structures: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, or 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week * Support customers between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, with open availability including weekends and holidays * Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues * Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience * Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training * Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions * Ability to be on camera during all video meetings * Superb attendance and flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks * Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best In Class Customer Experience by speaking to customers over the phone * Reside in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee to be eligible for hire **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish and English * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues **What We Offer** * Competitive salary, with a starting rate of $15.00/hour, plus a $0.50 language differential * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and paid sick time * 401(k) investments with company-matched funds * Tuition reimbursement * Heavily discounted blithequark, Sling, and Boost Mobile service * Opportunities for career growth and development, with defined career ladders and extensive opportunities for upward mobility * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on diversity and inclusion **Work-at-Home Technical Requirements** * blithequark will provide all initial equipment required to perform the role, including a DISH-provided PC Tower and power adapter, and (2) two Monitors, with associated cabling * Required accessories, including a USB headset, USB keyboard, USB mouse, USB webcam, and Ethernet cable, will be provided with a 30-day limited warranty * Home internet requirements include a stable Cable, DSL, or Fiber ISP internet connection with a minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed, with 99% uptime, and no bandwidth or data caps **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
