[Remote] Associate Application Developer (AWS, DynamoDB, Angular, Typscript, .NET)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Med-Metrix is seeking an Associate Application Developer to collaborate with internal teams in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework. The role involves creating applications from scratch, configuring existing systems, and providing user support while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. Responsibilities • Participate in requirements analysis • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages • Test and deploy applications and systems • Revise, update, refactor and debug code • Improve existing software • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support • Other duties as assigned • Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards • Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times • Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties Skills • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • 3-5 years experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Angular, rxjs, and TypeScript • Familiarity with working in a cloud-based environment, either directly with AWS, Serverless, Lambda, S3 or comparable technologies from Azure, Google Cloud, etc • Some database experience with DynamoDB or a comparable database experience • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)) • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3 • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) • Understanding of Agile methodologies • Attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Company Overview • Med-Metrix provides Performance Management and Revenue Cycle solutions to the healthcare industry.
