Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective clients Qualify leads using structured questions to assess fit and readiness Clearly communicate MyBuilderCPA's services and value proposition Schedule discovery and strategy calls with internal team members Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM Follow up consistently with warm and undecided leads Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging Skills 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or outbound prospecting Excellent spoken English with a confident, professional phone presence Strong listening skills and ability to guide conversations naturally Organized, reliable, and self-directed in a remote environment Comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and communication tools Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work U.S. business hours Experience with professional services, accounting, or B2B sales is a plus Benefits Performance-based bonuses tied to booked and qualified appointments Clear KPIs and growth path within the company Supportive, collaborative team culture OTE 3,500/ month USD Company Overview At MyBuilderCPA, we specialize in delivering tailored accounting solutions exclusively for home builders.
