• *Job Description:** We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with 2+ years of experience as a virtual/administrative assistant, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and charts for quoting and ROI work. the work will consistent of internal admin tasks and streamlining sales and project management process. Strong Asana expertise is preferred for building templates, dashboards, rules, and workflows for project tracking (e.g., opportunities, installations, renewals), though basic familiarity with a willingness to learn advanced features works too. Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion in handling confidential data, along with clear written and spoken English capabilities for summaries, reports, and communications. The ability to work independently with clear instructions, meet deadlines, ask proactive questions, and maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection in a quiet workspace is essential, including availability for some US time zone overlap (e.g., 2-4 hours during 9 AM-5 PM Pacific) while being flexible for meeting as needed.
