Position: Registered Nurse (RN) | Work from home | $34/hr | Starts 1/19/26 Registered Nurse (RN) – Work From Home Join Carenet Health as an RN working from home at $34/hr the role starts January 19, 2026. You will be a Care Advisor, providing telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to diverse patients. Responsibilities The Care Advisor: • Uses the Nursing Process to provide assessments within the state Nurse Practice Act. • Provides assessments to individuals or patient populations via telecommunications in accordance with computer-based algorithms, protocols, and guidelines. • Adheres to nursing standards, company policies, and shared principles during clinical assessments and health education. • Identifies patient care needs, risks, safety issues, educational opportunities, and appropriate health care referrals. • Processes calls based on Quality Management guidelines. • Demonstrates compliance with all product’s specific performance metrics. • Maintains regular, reliable attendance and timeliness. • Works four weekend shifts per month (either all Saturdays or every other weekend). • Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Education : Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state. Must reside in a compact state and hold a multistate license. Current home-state RN license in good standing. Minimum associate degree or higher (BSN preferred). • Required: Minimum of 3 years of RN clinical experience. Experience in ER, adult/pediatric care, medical/surgical, home health, hospice, or other acute areas preferred. • Desirable: Telephone triage experience, knowledge of health benefit plans, bilingual skills. • Technical: Ability to run multiple computer programs simultaneously, apply clinical knowledge to meet business standards, include training and testing compliance, and proficiency with product delivery. • Soft skills: Judgment within defined procedures, timely escalation, rapport building, comprehensive communication, time management. • Current unrestricted RN license in one of the following states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, , IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY. Additional Information • Must become licensed in additional states as required. • Full‑time positions (36–40 hrs/week); schedule includes evenings and at least two weekend days every two weeks. Differential pay may apply for certain shifts. • Training: 2–4 weeks, first two weeks daytime; 100% attendance required. Virtual, interactive classroom. • Work-from-home home office must meet certification requirements explained during interview. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $34.00 per hour.
