We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced, customer-focused primary care/adult medicine/pediatric teams for Evernorth Care Group at our Paseo location (5891 W. The work hours are typically Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will have all of the responsibilities of the Medical Assistant and LPN in addition to being the clinical arm of your department. Your duties will include triaging patient calls and concerns, making outreach calls to patients post-hospitalization and after visiting the emergency room, and supporting the clinician to help manage the complex healthcare needs of patients. You will lead and support the back and front office staff regarding patient concerns or center needs, maintaining supportive relationships with multi-disciplinary team members to provide the best comprehensive care possible for our patients. You may also be asked to draw blood from ports, start and maintain simple IV infusions, assess and triage immediate response events within the clinics, and support LPNs clinically throughout the day. Additionally, you will help answer questions, concerns, and requests, either in person, through our EHR and patient portal, or by phone. Ensuring day-to-day operations in the clinic, you will use your organizational skills to help manage the healthcare needs of our varied patient population. It is essential to accurately follow all policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service and practicing in alignment with the scope of your licensure. Proper documentation of all care and information provided to our patients is crucial, as is appropriately managing ambiguity and recognizing suitable ways to deal with conflict management. You will also be expected to perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements • RN License to practice in the state of Arizona. , • High school diploma or GED certificate. , • BCLS Certification. , • Excellent customer skills and a commitment to providing empathetic, quality care. , • Previous experience in a healthcare environment. , • Experience working with Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry into electronic health record systems.
