Job Type: Full Time REQ ID#: 25-05 White Stone Healthcare Resources is seeking a Bilingual Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM)who is experienced with TRICARE to work 100% remotely from the home. The RNCM will develop, implement, and review health care plans for families of active duty military and eligible retirees. Eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be available to work 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time; 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Time; or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time zone. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bilingual in Spanish; fluent in English • Proof of US Citizenship required • Able to pass a federal security clearance • Bachelor of Science in Nursing • Compact State Licensure • Preferred: Single-state licensure in MN, IL, OR, CA in addition to compact license • Unencumbered license • Minimum 2 years full-time RN Case Management experience, preferably in a remote environment • Must have pertinent clinical experience within the past two (2) years • 2 years full-time direct clinical care to the consumer • Ability to obtain a URAC-recognized certification in case management within three (3) years of hire • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized, focused, and self-directed • Excels at meeting multiple deadlines and goals • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology • Must provide secure (hard-wired), high-speed Internet (30 Mbps download minimum; 10 Mbps upload minimum) • Highly reliable; strong work ethic PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
