Recruiting Coordinator
Turo is the world’s largest car sharing marketplace, and they are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle and will manage various administrative tasks related to recruitment coordination. Responsibilities Ensure all candidates receive a consistently professional, world-class interview experience from initial contact through to the offer stage Efficiently manage and execute a high volume of complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, involving virtual and potential onsite interviews with candidates, hiring teams, senior leadership, and executives For onsite events, coordinate logistics, manage candidate reception, and actively ensure interview schedules are adhered to and running on time Maintain data integrity and manage candidate progression within our ATS (Workday), ensuring timely communication and accurate records Collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Facilities, HR) to facilitate a seamless transition for successful candidates into the new hire process Identify and contribute to opportunities for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment coordination function Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 1-2+ years of professional experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer-service-oriented role Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, demonstrated through effective scheduling, documentation, and follow-through Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure High proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Demonstrated polished, articulate, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for interfacing with senior leaders, executives, and external candidates A strong commitment to collaboration and providing superior internal and external customer service Prior experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday or similar platforms Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Experience in a high-volume recruiting coordination role, preferably within a corporate or high-growth technology environment Direct experience with HR/Recruiting technology platforms such as Workday, GoodTime, Coderpad, or similar tools Benefits Competitive salary, equity, benefits, and perks for all full-time employees Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (Country specific) Retirement employer match Learning & Development stipend to invest in your professional development Turo host matching program Turo travel credit Cell phone and internet stipend Paid time off to relax and recharge Paid holidays, volunteer time off, and parental leave For those who are in the office full-time or hybrid we have in-office lunch, office snacks, and fun activities Company Overview Turo is a peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace where customers can book vehicles from a community of local hosts.
