Overview Race Communications is hiring a Partner Relations Manager to oversee relationships with contracted and third‑party sales partners who represent our brand. The role ensures smooth onboarding, training, and performance management of all external sales teams. Base Pay $85,000 – $95,000 per year plus bonus potential. Location Remote: California (telecommuting with reimbursement per Race’s flex agreement). Occasional travel to other Race offices may be required. Responsibilities Serve as main point of contact for all contracted and third‑party sales teams. Conduct weekly check‑ins and performance meetings with partner leadership and field representatives. Manage partner scheduling, staffing needs, and sales territories. Lead onboarding and orientation for new partner teams and representatives. Coordinate access and setup for necessary tools (e.g., SalesRabbit). Deliver regular training refreshers and updates on new offers, campaigns, and company expectations. Conduct regular field visits and shadowing sessions with partner representatives. Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance and customer experience. Track and analyze sales results from partner activities and report trends to leadership. Develop KPIs and performance scorecards to evaluate partner success. Recommend process improvements and tools to enhance productivity and transparency. Qualifications and Experience Eligibility for U.S. employment without sponsorship. Minimum of 18 years of age. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent preferred. Associate degree or equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license. 3–5 years of experience in channel management, sales operations, or partner relations. Experience working with third‑party or contracted sales organizations preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM and sales performance tools such as SalesRabbit, Salesforce, or similar. Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing). Bilingual communication skills considered a plus. Skills Proficient use of MS Office applications and teleconferencing applications. Functional use of common office equipment and software. Strong time‑management skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow. Commitment to accuracy and high standards for quality of work. Excellent problem‑resolution and customer‑service skills. Ability to work with all levels of team members and management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
