Position at a Glance: Location: Remote in Washington State Company: Workwarp Position: Quality Program Manager Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Job Summary As a Quality Program Manager at Workwarp, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Quality/HEDIS measures, HEDIS Operations, Data Management and Reporting, Risk Adjustment, and Value-Based Care. You will manage assigned provider relationships across our network, address issues, develop and provide education, and facilitate meeting established goals. This is a unique opportunity to lead program development and implementation, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead program development and implementation of multiple projects and initiatives, which often require considerable resources and high levels of cross-functional integration Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to identify important and urgent concerns; develop improvement plans and/or measurements to assess impact of actions Develop and execute targeted, quality improvement initiatives, including design and development of improvement initiatives, pilots, toolkits, and ensuring that current and future QI programs align with long-term organizational goals Participate in project teams and work with external vendors, assigning and monitoring work of team members, and providing guidance and leadership to ensure timely execution of deliverables Provide guidance to other QI team members within the department and/or collaboratively with other departments Monitor projects from inception through delivery, plan and direct project schedules and budgets, and may engage and oversee work of vendors Focus on process improvement, change management, stakeholder engagement, program management, and other processes that drive adoption and impact Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience 3-5 years of Quality improvement experience Operational Process Improvement experience Healthcare experience Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience partnering with different levels of leadership across the organization Preferred Qualifications: Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience Managed Care experience Experience working in a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and/or comparable coursework desired What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary Comprehensive health insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off Professional development opportunities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
