This excellent opportunity requires support of existing Microsoft Cloud across 250+ environments, 1000+ apps, 3000+flows, 1200+ Power BI workspaces. It requires extensive support focusing on the integration and optimization of Power Platform, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, AvePoint Online Services, Exchange Online, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot, as well as experience in migrations, security, and governance practices. POSITION: Quality Assurance Analyst LOCATION: Remote SUMMARY /GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that all automation components, scripts, workflows, and M365 integrations meet IRS requirements for functionality, performance, accuracy, and documentation. The QA Analyst owns test plans, automated validation logic, traceability matrices, and release acceptance criteria. Core Responsibilities • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices tied to IRS requirements. • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and security testing across automation workflows. • Validate certificate renewal paths, dependency updates, and M365 integration outcomes. • Perform defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and remediation verification. • Approve or reject automation releases based on defined quality gates. • Support IRS in UAT phases and provide QA metrics for PMO reporting. Required Skills • 5+ years in software QA for enterprise platforms. • Experience testing automation workflows, APIs, and enterprise identity systems. • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated test frameworks, and scripting. • US Citizenship (Required) Desired Skills • Experience in M365 or Azure QA roles.
