QA Specialist (Odoo)

Location: Remote work Department: IT Department Details: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist for Odoo ERP to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our Odoo implementation. The QA Specialist will design and execute test plans, identify issues, and collaborate with developers, consultants, and business users to deliver a seamless ERP experience. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally with ERP systems (Odoo preferred). • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Hands-on experience with ERP testing, API testing, and data validation. • Odoo testing framework is an advantage. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Functions • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Odoo modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, etc.). • Perform functional, integration, regression • Validate customizations, configurations, and third-party integrations. • Identify, document, and track bugs/defects; work closely with developers and consultants to resolve them. • Ensure data migration accuracy and verify workflows/processes across modules.
