Property Management / Customer Service Virtual Assistant (2+ Years Experience Required) - Contract to Hire
"20 hours per week ~ must work SAT/ SUN Weekends " We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Property Management & Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our growing real estate operations team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or short-term/long-term rental operations. You will help support our tenants and guests, coordinate vendor tasks, manage maintenance requests, assist with leasing operations, and ensure a smooth experience across our properties. ✨ Responsibilities Respond to tenant inquiries, guest messages, and support tickets quickly and professionally Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors (cleaners, handymen, landscapers, etc.) Oversee daily operations across rentals (co-living, long-term rentals, Airbnb listings, etc.) Update spreadsheets, CRM systems, calendars, and property records Assist in lease renewals, tenant screening follow-ups, and application support Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues with patience and clarity Monitor reservations, communication flows, and guest satisfaction Assist with onboarding new tenants, move-ins, move-outs, and inspection coordination Track expenses, invoices, utilities, and vendor payments (basic admin work) Perform quality checks on listings, listings descriptions, and property details across platforms Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, Airbnb hosting support, leasing coordination, or customer service roles Excellent written and spoken English Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills Comfortable using tools like: Airbnb / CRM systems Property management platforms (AppFolio, Buildium, Guesty, etc.) Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) WhatsApp / Slack / Asana or similar task apps Ability to work independently, follow SOPs, and communicate proactively Reliable internet connection and consistent availability Familiarity with service recovery and guest relations is a plus Experience with co-living or multi-tenant homes is a major advantage .
