The Promotions Support Specialist will assist the promotions and sales teams in executing promotional campaigns, coordinating trade shows, and providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives. Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of promotional plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategies Help coordinate in-store offers, product launches, and special events with vendors and retailers Manage logistics for promotional materials, including ordering, tracking, and distribution to retailers and partners Support the creation and maintenance of promotional calendars to ensure all activities are scheduled and executed on time Support the sales team by contributing to promotional strategy development, including researching market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights Assist in the coordination of promotional initiatives, working with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning Track, analyze, and compile data on promotional initiatives to provide insights on performance and opportunities for improvement Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and selling events, ensuring that all logistical elements are handled efficiently Coordinate with vendors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure proper setup and branding at trade shows, including booth design, promotional materials, and product displays Provide on-site support during trade shows and events, engaging with attendees, and collecting leads for follow-up Assist in post-event evaluations by gathering feedback, analyzing event performance, and providing suggestions for future improvements Provide administrative support to the promotions team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining project timelines Manage promotional-related documentation, including promotional guidelines and supporting materials Help prepare presentations, reports, and promotional materials for internal and external stakeholders Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with client, vendor, and promotional data Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have the promotional support and materials needed for retailer promotions and events Support the promotions team in developing basic digital marketing materials, graphics or email templates Skills 1-2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or administrative support, preferably within the CPG industry Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required) Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Hybrid Schedule – 4 days Office / 1 day Remote Paid Time Off: 52 Short workday Fridays (end at 2 pm), this approximates 20 additional days off. 5 days of vacation after the first 90 days / 10 days after 1 year. 6 Sick days, 2 floating holidays, Your birthday off, 7 recognized National Holidays In total: Year 1 (41 days) & Year 2 (46 days) 401(k) with 3% company match Employee incurred Expense Reimbursement Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 50k life insurance policy Employee Assistance Program Monetary Incentive Wellness Program Monthly Mental Health Workshops Company Overview Our team is focused on the specialty foods market with experienced sales and marketing solutions for mission-driven brands.
