Project Manager (Marketing Agency)
We’re helping a growth partner agency for forward-thinking, mission-driven brands find a skilled Project Manager with strong Monday.com expertise . You’ll help streamline internal operations, optimize workflows, and keep projects moving smoothly for early-stage startups, Healthtech, Fintech, HR tech, Climatech, and other purpose-driven clients across the UK, US, and Europe. Part-Time: ~10–20 hours/week (with potential to scale up to full time) Schedule: UK working hours (with early US overlap) Location: Fully Remote (PH & SA-based candidates welcome) Engagement: Independent Contractor Monthly rate: $600-$800 (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience) What You’ll Do Build, configure, and optimize workflows in Monday.com (and possibly ClickUp) Design and implement automations and integrations to improve efficiency Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities, delivery quality, and client satisfaction Iterate on processes and workflows based on feedback [Optional] Support client strategy and relationship management when needed What We’re Looking For 3–4+ years of project management experience (agency or client-side) Specialist-level knowledge of Monday.com (workflow design, automations, dashboards) Strong skills in workflow optimization, systems, and operations Background in marketing agencies or growth consultancies Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Proactive communicator who can take ownership with minimal oversight Nice-to-Haves Experience with ClickUp or similar tools Client-facing experience: relationship building, strategy, upselling/cross-selling Exposure to startups, scale-ups, or mission-driven brands Recruitment Process Initial Interview Client Interview Offer & Onboarding Originally posted on Himalayas
