As a Project Manager II, you will oversee and coordinate different related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. This role supports Cleveland Clinic's international representatives located in various regions around the world Some of your main duties will include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects, and developing programs and project budgets. A caregiver in this position works hybrid out of Ohio or Florida, Monday – Friday from 8:00am—5:00pm. Responsibilities • Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects. • Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager level III or IV. • Manages operational requests from Cleveland Clinic In-Country Representatives. • Manages the onboarding process for new Cleveland Clinic In-Country Representatives. • Tracks and audits international patient referrals coming from Cleveland Clinic In-Country Representatives. • Communicates effectively with physicians and other internal stakeholders regarding events in In-Country Representative regions. • Participates in preparing research reports and business cases to support the expansion of the Cleveland Clinic In-Country Representatives program • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. • Prepare and completes action plans • Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. • Resolve problems. • Complete audits and identify trends. • Determine system improvements and implement changes. • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements. • Participates in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. • Three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects. • Offset: High School diploma/GED and seven years of experience. • Offset: Associate’s degree and five years of experience. • Offset: Master’s degree and two years of experience. • Effective relationship building skills are required. Nice-to-haves • Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred. • Effective written and verbal communication skills are preferred • Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
