International Post Trade is responsible for implementing and supporting our clients using Broadridge's market-leading Post Trade Settlement platforms outside of North America. Our Multi Asset solutions provide real-time processing and connectivity across a range of business types in global markets. As a Project Manager based in London, you will be delivering Client Implementation Projects for predominantly this Business Line. You will work closely with the client and Broadridge's SMEs to agree on the project scope and implementation plan and ensure that the project adheres to our delivery standards, ensuring that both client and our global internal teams are held accountable. Strong influencing skills are needed to keep deliveries on track and ensure contractual obligations are met. Responsibilities • Managing the delivery of Client Implementations within an Agile environment. • Participating in all phases of onboarding clients i.e. project initiation, infrastructure enablement, product delivery, platform integration, acceptance, migration and go live ensuring that all aspects of the governance framework are adhered to. • Defining and tracking the Program Increments, aligned to the Project and Product Roadmaps. • Providing concise and accurate information to inform and drive actions you will report to the client and internally on progress during the project. • Ensuring that there is a clearly defined, managed, and tracked acceptance definition plan for the completion of the program and interim phases. • Managing and coordinating teams during all implementation test phases, aligned to the acceptance definition. • Managing the definition, delivery, and acceptance approach for migrating data from their legacy system(s) to our target processing solution. • Working with the Scope Owners, Business Analysts, and your client, ensuring that our delivery plans and activities are aligned with the agreed solution scope. • Ensuring that the project is tracked to the agreed business case. • Identifying, managing and mitigating risks and issues that occur during the implementation. • Navigating the move from implementation to live running and support. • Ensuring that the infrastructure needs are clearly understood and aligned with the client and project definition. • Providing feedback and effective data to the relevant teams on the quality of deliveries. • Working closely with internal (incl. remote) teams on delivery of implementations activities and providing mentoring/guidance to junior members of the team. • Actively monitoring and reviewing the implementations processes and driving initiatives to continually improve them. • Driving improvements across the team and projects to deliver high quality releases. Requirements • Proven track record of project delivery within a banking and / or vendor environment supplying products to Banks and experience of large-scale projects. • Strong experience of vendor / client relationship management, preferably from the vendor perspective. • Excellent organizational and planning skills. • Strong leadership qualities and self-motivated, and the ability to work across globally dispersed teams of professionals. • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a flexible approach to work, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with both business and technology stakeholders at any level. • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to influence effective outcomes, both face to face and remotely when working with dispersed global teams. • Critical-thinking and time critical problem-solving skills. • Ability to understand and challenge the detail. • Experience managing budgets. • Knowledge and use of JIRA and Confluence. • Working in a hybrid model in which you will be in the office 2-3 days a week. Nice-to-haves • Experience of working for a Vendor and delivering to 2-3 Clients at a time. • Project Management Certifications such as SAFE, PMP and PRINCE2 are highly desirable for this role. • Experience of working with or for other Industry utilities and vendors, e.g. Swift, CCASS, JASDEC, Fidessa.
