About the position As a Project Assistant, you will identify software needs and design and implement testing plans to meet OSC requirements. You will identify opportunities to integrate new software with existing systems, coordinate with the vendor and stakeholders, and ensure all network security standards are met. Additionally, you will monitor project status and provide updates; address user problems; develop and deliver user guides, training materials, and training classes; and host State-wide meetings to discuss best practices, user experiences, and troubleshooting issues. Experience must include the following: o Using performance audit software. o Reviewing business and technical design documents. o Working on information systems design and implementation. • One (1) year of supervisory experience. • A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for four (4) years of professional experience. A JD or Master's degree may be substituted for an additional one (1) year for a total of five (5) years of general experience.
